I created a card in the shape of a bug. I wanted the eye to light up. The card circuit was pretty simple to do with the copper tape. When doing this project I think it would be important to get kids thinking how using the light could create meaning in their work. It’s always fun to just make something light up for show, but it would be interesting to see the card light up when opening, or shed light on a detail that you don’t see without the light.
